> All competitors will play in pairs at each of the four courses during the competition.
> The event is a 72 hole Betterball Stableford competition, and the pair with the highest score after the four rounds will be declared the Legacy Cup winners.
> As well as the overall Legacy Cup, there will be additional prizes for best overall scores for both mixed and same gender pairs, and daily prizes for the best scores each day.
> Prizes will be presented following Round 4 – any prize winners not in attendance must contact the organisers to claim their prize, and will be liable for any costs incurred in sending their prize to them.
> The event organisers reserve the right to amend the format of the competition should the number of entrants or weather conditions dictate.
> All entrants must be amateurs and members of recognised golf clubs, and hold an active or competitive handicap.
> Overseas entrants must provide proof of their exact handicap, which may be adjusted according to the Slope Rating of their home course.
> CDH numbers or handicap certificates must be provided before the start of the event.
> Entrants must be over the age of 18 on the date of the first round.
> Maximum handicap allowance is 24 for men and 36 for ladies – 90% handicap allowance is given.
> A draw will be produced for each days play, and the event will be played in 4 balls.
> Should any entrants wish to withdraw from the event, a full refund (less any charges incurred) will be guaranteed up until 2 months before the start date of the event. Withdrawals after this date will receive 50% of their entry fee, unless a replacement can be found.
