Our Links Golf Salver events are shorter versions of our 72 hole Links Golf Cups – ideal for those who want to compete at some of the UK’s finest courses but cannot take too much time away from work or their other commitments.

The first Salver of the season will be played in ‘Carnoustie Country’ – just a short drive to the east of Dundee – at two outstanding links, one of them being an iconic eight-time Open Championship venue.

Current champion – Kate Docherty (Holywood, NI)

Historic Panmure has staged many notable amateur and professional events down the years, including qualifying for The Open on a number of occasions. A good strategy and clever course management are required if players are to score well around this undulating, natural links that is always presented in magnificent condition.

With its status on the Open rota, the championship course at Carnoustie needs no introduction. Our competitors are in for a treat when they walk the same fairways and read the same greens that the world’s best have on eight occasions. The tricky closing stretch of holes – especially the fearsome 18th – will ensure that our event goes right down to the wire.
